A day of quiet contemplation…getting in touch with your inner voice through Drumming, Reiki and Self Reflection

We will open Meditation setting our intention for the day, followed by a Drumming Circle, further connecting and allowing your inner voice to speak. The Time of Individual Retreat begins with your choice: Walk among the Redwoods and following streams, Journey into the Labyrinth, sit in the Sauna letting go and just being, Swim indoors and float in freedom, Journal as your inner voice speaks. Still your heart and know.
Lunch is provided
Your Scheduled Reiki Session will begin after lunch.
We will close the day with a Discussion/Sharing Circle for those interested. You are also free to continue your time using the facilities.

Bring a bathing suit and towel, for use of the indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Please Wear warm clothes and bring a warm jacket. We intend to drum in the Redwoods, and the labyrinth is also outdoors. Please bring your drum or rattle if you own one, if not, it is not mandatory. Walking sticks and umbrellas’s will be provided. Notebooks and contemplation cards provided
